The motive for this peace to push the feeling of Power. I created this during the peak of the Black Lives Matter protests. Being a POC creative myself I felt the need to paint this peace because it gave me sense of strength and hope during a time of civil unrest. The intense look of the young woman and the stark contrast of the black and yellow colors really make this piece special.
